• Order Number Required: Please ensure your order number is included in the box with your flowers when you send them to us.

• Wait Times: Wait times for all flower preservation pieces are a minimum of 20 weeks.

• Size Consideration: Please check the size of your flowers against the dimensions of this piece to ensure they are suitable.

• Rush My Order: For faster service, select the “Rush My Order” option, which prioritises your flowers being cast as soon as they are out of the drying materials. You’ll receive an email with full details about the process.

Packaging Instructions

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes the address to send your flowers and packaging instructions. If you’d like, we also offer a flower packaging kit to make sending your flowers stress-free and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

How We Wrap Finished Pieces

We take great care in wrapping your finished piece. Each item is lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and white kraft paper, tied with rustic hessian twine. If there’s any leftover and suitable ribbon from your preserved flowers, we’ll incorporate it into the wrapping to give your piece a truly personal touch.

Protective Features

All our cubes come with protective rubber feet, ensuring your piece stands securely and prevents scratching on surfaces.
