Returns & exchanges

Gift items

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 28 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase. If the item has already been shipped the cancellation will only be processed when the item is returned to us and a partial refund will be offered.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns or refunds for:
  • Custom or personalised orders where the customer has requested names or colour choice that I do not hold as a stock item.
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
To be eligible for return your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received in and returned in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the item is of a higher value we suggest the customer uses a tracked service or purchases shipping insurance as we will not be responsible for any items lost in transit for return. 
A copy of the order confirmation must be included with the return item.
Flower Preservation 
Due to these items being entirely custom we are unable to offer refunds once completed unless the item arrives damaged, defective or in the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the item.
If the buyer wishes to cancel their order before we have received the flowers a full refund will be offered. If the flowers are already in transit we will be unable to return them when they arrive.
If the buyer wishes to cancel after we have received their flowers but before the item has been completed a partial refund will be offered. The amount offered will be 50% of the total amount of the sale to cover any costs associated with the sale. In this event we will be unable to return the flowers to the customer.
