Cremation posting instructions

These are the instructions for posting your loved ones ashes to be made into cremation jewellery. Please follow them them precisely to ensure we receive them safely. 

- Place the ashes into a sealed bag, approximately 1 teaspoon quantity will be plenty. Any ashes not used to create your piece will be sent back with the finished piece. 
- If you are sending separate ashes place them in their own sealed bags labelled (example - “Mum” and “Dad”)

- Place the sealed bag inside another larger bag to ensure they don’t open in transit. 

- Include a note with your order number, what piece you have ordered, the backing colour you would like and your contact details into a large letter postal box (10cm x 10cm x 2cm)

- Pad the box with tissue 

- Post via Royal Mail special delivery to the address you receive in your confirmation email
