Cremation ashes and loved ones’ hair can also be included in your piece, creating a more personal and sentimental keepsake. Additionally, photos, jewellery, or other cherished items can be incorporated for added meaning.

• Order Number Required: Please ensure your order number is included in the box with your flowers when you send them to us.
• Wait Times: Wait times for all flower preservation pieces are a minimum of 20 weeks.
• Size Consideration: Please check the size of your flowers against the size of this piece to ensure they are suitable.
• Rush My Order: For faster service, select the “Rush My Order” shipping option, which prioritises your flowers being cast as soon as they are out of the drying materials. You’ll receive an email explaining the rush process.

Packaging Instructions
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the address for sending your flowers and packaging instructions. You can also order our flower packaging kit for a stress-free and secure sending process, ensuring your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

How We Wrap Finished Pieces
We carefully wrap each finished piece in tissue paper and white kraft paper, finished with rustic hessian twine. If any leftover ribbon from your preserved flowers is suitable, it will be incorporated into the wrapping, giving it a more personal touch.

Protective Features
All display blocks come with rubber feet to ensure stability and prevent scratching on surfaces.
